14 King's Mews

Conceived by architectural designers A+D Studio, and developer Capitol City, 14 King’s Mews is a new development of six contemporary apartments occupying a prime corner site in the Bloomsbury Conversation area.

With a contemporary white render and a traditional yellow brick façade, the building offers a striking contrast which respects the surrounding historical conservation area as well as giving a contemporary nod to the eclectic range of buildings that occupy the neighbouring mews.

With the emphasis on environmental sustainability, the building achieves Code 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes through features such as air source heat pumps, triple-glazing and the highest standards of insulation, satisfying the requirements of the strict conservation policies of The London Borough of Camden as well as helping it’s occupiers to keep utility bills low.

Capitol City and its group of companies have been developing in this area of London for almost 20 years. With a focus on bespoke developments located in the City, West End, Holborn and Bloomsbury, the company creates innovative designs and living spaces to meet the exacting needs of its customers.
